Fonio Flour Bread

I hadn’t planned to bake this but stumbled on the recipe on www.oti-gati.com while researching how to use Fonio Flour. Realized I had all the needed ingredients at home so decided to give it a try and I’m so glad I did. This is really great bread and it’s so easy to make. No yeast necessary. Video of me making it with erythritol instead of date syrup is below.
