What's Cooking? Menu till June 2025

Hi Everyone,


Just got done with a marathon cooking session. Took me five days to complete my menu of savory dishes and delectable desserts. You will notice I have reintroduced complex carbs to my diet so I am no longer fully keto. My blood glucose has been within normal range since I beat Type 2 Diabetes into remission so even though I have had sugar and simple carbs this year, I have been fine. Since carbs are still a useful nutrient, I have added the complex kind back into my diet such as potatoes, sweet potatoes (better than regular potatoes), and my favorite grain, Fonio. I won't bore you with details on the menu as they are captured in the pics below.



And of course, we can't ever forget about desserts!

Mason Jar Salad. The idea for them is constant even if you change the sauces and proteins.
